ABP Capital refinanced existing debt and provided funds for the completion of an approximately 80,500sf mixed use condo/retail/office building located in Pacific Grove, California. Once complete the five story structure will consist of 25 high-end condominiums, 4 office condominiums, and 13 retail units. The building will be outfitted with amenities and features that include panoramic ocean and bay views; a resident gym; and a lounge area for condominium owners.

Pacific Grove is a coastal city encompassing the western edge of Monterey County.
